What is it?
Thai Yoga is a unique healing and therapeutic practice where the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures and presses along the body's energy lines (called "sen" lines) and pressure points using the palms, thumbs, forearms, feet, and knees.

What do I need?
Thai Yoga is performed on a mat on the floor.
Yoga props such as a bolster and blankets may be used to create more comfort and ease.
Both the practitioner and client are dressed in comfortable clothing to allow movement and flexibility.
You do not need to bring anything but yourself in comfortable clothes.
Yes, you can wear your default yoga pants and t-shirt. 😉

I am currently taking as much time as I can to bond with my newborn son and fully regain my strength.
Soon I will begin to take on private clients for Thai Yoga sessions.
